- How do you find your items?
We use our wide network of contacts, ie. friends and aquintances, fellow dealers, surplus re-sellers etc. We also pay visits to militaria and antique fairs, estate sales and flea markets ;-) Using our decade-long experience, we are able to find the items that might be hard to locate.
- Are all items original and vintage?
Yes. All items are original Soviet era. Whereas copies and reproductions are present, this is clearly stated.
- Do you have a store that I can visit?
No - not yet. We are completely web based in order to serve all customers from all over the world. For our swedish and finnish customers, we can arrange a local pick-up in the Stockholm, Gothenburg, Helsinki and Turku areas. Special arrangements can be made for personal delivery to Oslo, Berlin and London. Please contact us for more details.
- Can I see you at any militaria or antique fairs?
Yes, we usually have a table at the bi-annual Stockholm Militaria Fair. Although we cannot bring our whole inventory there, our ambition is to bring a wide selection of items. If you are interested in a specific item and want to have a closer look, let us know and we will bring it there.
- Will the uniform I want to purchase fit me?
We sell our uniforms primarily as collectibles, not wearables. We usually make a size estimation and declare a rough size, but we cannot give any guarantees. If unsure or in doubt, please do not hesitate to ask us to either measure the uniform further or find a similar item in Your size.
- I need the perfect uniform for that special event!
If you need a special outfit for a party, happening or club event, we will be happy satisfy your needs using the best supplies of uniforms, issued or unissued in accordance with Your request. We will not ask any unnecessary questions and are open-minded to the needs of our customers.
- Do you have any female uniforms?
We do generally not have any female uniforms in stock, simply because they have proven to be more subject to size and fit . If you need one, we can get if for You without problem - please see here
- What are your Terms of sale

- I have no money at the moment. Can you set an item aside for me?
Yes, but we require a down payment for (at least) 10%. The down payment is non-refundable (up to 10%) and items are put aside for a maximum of 3 months (90 days).
- Can I have a discount? What if I buy more than one item, can I get a good deal?
Perhaps ;-) Contact us and we will most likely be able to make a deal that satisfies both parties.
- Can I have the item and take a look at it before paying?
No. Too many bad experiences with people who choose not to pay.
- What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most kind of payments: Credit card through PayPal, cash in USD, EUR, GBP, SEK and EEK, international bank money orders, wire transfers and Western Union Instant Money Transfers. Please refer to our ordering page or contact us for more information.
- What are the postal rates?
For one complete uniform, the rate for air mail shipping is about 40 USD. For two uniforms, the rate is about 60 USD. For light-weight items like awards, badges and cloth insignia, the rate is about 8 USD. The actual rate may vary and the numbers posted here are to be considered outlines only.
- What are the delivery times?
Usually, orders are shipped within 48 hours from recieved payment. The delivery times, using air mail which is standard, within Europe is 10 days, and to the USA 14 days. Asia, Australia and South America might be up to 21 days. If you want us to use a faster courier, we may ship using FedEX or DHL. Ask for details when ordering.
- How about tracking numbers etc?
All shipments sent as parcels are assigned a tracking number. This will be given to the customer when the package
has been shipped. If not given, please just ask for it and we will provide it. Shipments sent as letters are generally not given a tracking number, only if sent registered. If you want a smaller shipment to be sent as registered mail, please request when ordering. If asked for, we will make a photo of the parcel and send per email before shipping.
- I cannot find what I am looking for!
Please do not hesitate to contact us! We can usually find most items, and we will be happy to help.
- I am not satisfied with my purchase! What to do?
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us so that we can try to sort the problem out. As per today, we have not had one single return - our goal is always to solve any problem in favor to our customers, and reach a deal that leaves both parties satisfied.
- I have items that I think might be of interest to You.
Feel free to contact us with any items you want to sell or trade. Please provide clear and detailed photos of the item(s) and we will get back to you as soon as possible. We are interested in all Soviet and east bloc items.
