PODPOLKOVNIK INCHENERNIE SLUSJBA
Postwar Soviet engineering lieutenant-colonels parade uniform from the mid-late 1980s with career both western, middle and eastern USSR: Chernobil - Afghanistan - Baikal-Amur.
The uniform is made from soft high quality wool and has golden shoulder boards with two large golden stars each. The collar tabs are black with the engineering insignia.
The awards include medals both for above mentioned services (Baikal-Amur medal, Chernobil liquidator award) as well as the medal for combat service plus medals for long service and the medals for the victory and the armed forces anniversaries.
The uniform is in excellent condition and comes with straight leg trousers for wear with shoes and visor cap. The size is 52 (US42, L) and the cap is size 57 (L). The cap has a small damage, which has been repaired. It is not visible at all unless flipping the cap over.
