Armed forces engineer major general daily uniform, cirka 1970. The uniform is made from olive green wool gabardine and is double-breasted with raspberry / magenta piping on lapel and cuffs as well as along the length of the trouser legs. The collar has gold embroideries with nice patina. The uniform was owned by a veteran from the war with post-war service.

The ribbon bar holds four rows of sewn-on ribbon bars for awards including the Order of Lenin, two Order of the Red Star, the medal for combat service, medals for the victory over Germany and Japan, a number of anniversary awards and in the bottom row three foreign awards.

The uniform is in very good condition with just light wear. The set includes jacket, trousers and visor cap. The size of the jacket is 56-58 with matching trousers, this being about 44-46 US. The cap is a size 59 (US 7 3/8).
