KAPITAN KOMITET GOSUDARSTVENNOI BEZOPASNOSTI
Excellent condition parade uniform of a captain of the KGB. The uniform is a mid 1980s issue for a very successful junior officer with 10-15 years of service. The awards are mounted on two bars and the Order of Badge of Honour has a serial number in the 1.4 million range, which indicated late 1980s issue. The graduation badge is for a technical university, which seems a bit odd for KGB, but on the other hand, they were everywhere, so - why not. Whatever badge has been on the left side of the uniform, it has been moved a few times as there are three holes near each other in a straight line, however visible only from the inside.
Awards: Order of the Badge of Honour, Medal for Veteran of Labor, medals for 60th and 70th anniversary of Soviet armed forces, medal 10 years of Irreproachable service and finally the award for 40th anniversary of the Bulgarian Peoples Republic. Graduation badge from a technical university, 1980s issue.
