The honorary medal "130th anniversary of the birth of J.V. Stalin" was instituted by the central committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation. The medal is obviously inspired by the Order of Lenin and bears the name "I.V. STALIN" in the red banner flag. In the centre is a relief portrait of Josef Stalin. The award card has the facsimile of G.A. Zhuganov, the head of the central committee. On the back of the medal is the KPRF hammer and sickle. This medal is of a higher quality than the Umalatova award "Order of Stalin".
