Medal for Honorary Memorandum, issued by the Presidium of the Highest Soviet of Latvian SSR. The medal is made from heavy metal and three-piece: enameled hanger and medal with gold-coloured insert featuring the LSSR state seal. The front bears the text "GODA RAKSTS" (Honorary Memorandum) and the back "Latvijas PSR Augstakas Padomes Prezidijs" (Latvian SSR Highest Soviet Presidium). The number issued is not known.
The award is in very good condition.
