Excellent astrakhan wool papakha for colonel rank officers, circa 1960-1970. The papakha has a one-piece oval cocarde in front with white enamel and a red enamel star. On the top are crossed thin golden bullion bands on blue bottom. We do not know if the blue bottom is for aviation or if it may be KGB. The inside shows very light traces of wear. The size is about 57.
