We believe this stunningly nice parade visor cap is for a medical or administrative general, although these branches phased out their green-green-red pattern back in the early 1960s. The cap has a beautiful embroidery which has gained some nice patina over the years. It was made in the 43TsEPK factory in Moscow and looks like a 1980s issue. We have never seen a cap like this one before.
