Nice pre-Soviet era state flag of the Latvian Republic. This flag was used from 1918 to 1940 and from 1990/1991 onwards. This flag is mounted on a pole and is meant to be used as table decorations when the state flag is called for. The pole and fundament is made from metal with a heavy base to ensure the construction stands upright. Although the cloth is aged, it still has it colours. In the lower edge are golden fringes.
