- These terms apply to both on-site sales at this site as well as on-line auctions held by Soviet-Uniforms.com
- As we are not necessarily experts on the item(s) being auctioned/sold, all verbiage, title and description of the item(s) listed is our opinion as a layperson (non-expert) only. If you have any doubts, questions or concerns about any item(s) description, picture(s), do not buy nor bid without consulting (asking advice from) an expert first. By buying, or bidding in case of auction format sale, you agree to personally accept our opinion as accurate and final. We sell these items "AS IS" with little or no restoration. Products listed as accessories are not in all cases included with the item itself. Every attempt is made to disclose condition but not every scratch, dent, mark, crack, rip, etc, can be noted. This used condition is reflected in our pricing. Unless otherwise agreed, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
- All buyers and/or bidders (by bidding), also agree to comply and adhere with all applicable Laws, Statutes, Ordinances, and Restrictions, including, but not limited to, Local, State, Provincial, Territorial, Federal, National and International regarding your receipt, use, display, distribution and shipment of all of the above said items. By bidding on any knife or weapon, you must be, and certify that you are, at least 18 years of age.
- Shipping costs are not included in the prices, unless otherwise stated. The buyer (or winning bidder) agrees to pay actual charges for airmail, but upon request and addition of additional payment (if necessary), other types of shipping can be used. Any changes in transportation or shipment should be asked for in advance (=before buy/bid). When an item has been handed over to the carrier ("shipped"), Soviet-Uniforms.com assumes no further responsibility for the goods.
- Payment is to be made by PayPal, Wire transfer, Western Union or cash. Purchases paid through these methods are usually shipped within the three next business days. International bank checks and Money Orders are also accepted, but item(s) may be held for 10 business days until drafts. PayPal payments may be subject to a 4% fee to be added.
- At time of purchase, you certify that you have read, understand and unconditionally agree to all of the above stated terms regarding the shipment and receipt of said item(s). When entering a bid on an auction held by Soviet-Uniforms.com or its associates, you personally declare and certify that you have read, understand, accept and agree to follow (adhere to) not only all above terms but also eBay Incorporated's rules, guidelines, terms and conditions set forth by eBay Incorporated and/or rules, guidelines, terms and conditions set forth by Tradera Ltd.
